Venue 650 occupies 10,500 square feet in the heart of downtown Winter Haven — exposed ceilings carried on steel, generous natural light, and polished concrete underfoot. The floor plan is open and unfixed, so the room is drawn to the occasion rather than the occasion to the room.

Old World Charm, Industrial Edge
The garden is the rarest thing this venue owns: an outdoor room in the middle of a downtown, wholly enclosed. Exposed steel beams frame it, and a majestic Florida oak presides over the whole of it.
Fifteen-foot walls close it off from the street entirely. It seats 250 guests for a ceremony and turns just as easily to a cocktail hour beneath the tree.

A ten hour rental with Wi-Fi, a stage, podium and microphone, and two rolling 75″ 4K screens — plus four hours the day prior for set up.
Central Florida, Within Easy Reach
Winter Haven sits at the centre of the state, which makes Venue 650 an unusually civil place to ask guests to travel to. It is roughly 47 miles from Orlando — a drive of about fifty minutes — and a similar run in from Tampa. Lakeland is a short hop west.
Couples marrying from Orlando and Tampa choose the venue for exactly that reason: the calm of a downtown that is not a theme-park corridor, without asking anyone to cross the state for it. Parking is ample and on site.
