Venue 650 runs to 10,500 square feet across five distinct rooms, indoors and out. Inside, the hall is held together by elegant lighting and polished concrete — a sophisticated, unfussy canvas. Outside, a walled garden gives a Central Florida ceremony the one thing a downtown rarely offers: complete privacy.
The Garden
Nestled within the venue, the garden area offers a captivating old world charm blended with an industrial edge — exposed steel beams, and the majestic Florida oak that presides over all of it.
Fifteen-foot walls give the garden complete privacy from the street. It seats 250 guests for a ceremony, and works equally well for a cocktail hour under the tree.
The Hall
High, exposed ceilings and stunning natural light over an open floor plan. There are no fixed sightlines to work around and no permanent staging — the layout is drawn fresh for every event.
Polished concrete floors and elegant lighting fixtures hold the room together, and a full draping system is included should you want the walls softened.
The Bridal Boutique
Venue 650 is complete with an intimate bridal boutique and dressing room. The bride and her guests have the comfort of a private dressing room, vanity, seating area, wet bar, and restroom.
It is a room designed for the hours before the hours that matter — mirrors that photograph well, light that is kind, and a door that closes.
The Grooms Den
The groom and his party take a private suite with a full wet bar — somewhere to settle before the day begins, and a considerably better backdrop for portraits than the corner of a hotel room.
The Lounge
The Lounge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring large windows and doors that open to a picturesque view of the garden.
It is the hinge of the building: where a cocktail hour lands while the ceremony is cleared and the hall is quietly turned behind the drape.
