Whether you are envisioning a romantic evening or a lively celebration, the room is a canvas — and almost everything needed to dress it is already in the building, included in the rental rather than added to an invoice.

In the garden beneath the oak, seating 250 behind fifteen-foot walls — or inside the hall against the draping, should Florida have other plans.
Cocktails
Six high tops in the lounge, doors thrown open onto the garden, while the hall is turned behind the drape.
Reception
Twenty-five rounds, two hundred chiavari chairs, and uplighting set to whatever colour the evening calls for.
Questions We Are Asked
How many guests does the garden seat?
The walled garden seats 250 guests for a ceremony, behind fifteen-foot walls that close it off from the street entirely.
How long is the wedding rental?
From 9am to 11pm — fourteen hours, and set up and break down happen inside that window rather than alongside it.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Twenty-five 60″ round tables, 200 black chiavari chairs for interior use, 200 white padded chairs for the ceremony, and six high top cocktail tables.
Is there somewhere to get ready?
Two suites. The women's suite has a wet bar, private restroom and lounge area; the men's suite has a wet bar and lounge area.
Is there a kitchen for caterers?
A prep kitchen with its own private entrance, an ice machine and a commercial refrigerator — so service never crosses the party.
Are linens included?
With an all-day rental, up to 15 table linens for weekday and Sunday events, and up to 25 for Saturday rentals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Completely. The garden, the hall, both suites and the lounge are all step-free.
How far is it from Orlando?
About 47 miles — roughly a fifty-minute drive. Tampa is a similar run, and Lakeland is a short hop west. Parking is ample and on site.
